We offer all of our clients 100% confidentiality and discretion for your special day. We assume this from the beginning of our planning for you and that is our promise to you.

Our Packages and Custom Weddings

Based on our experience in the Jungfrau region, we specialize in unique wedding packages. With the information you provide us we will adjust one of these packages for your special day.

If your requirements mean we have to make major modifications to our packages or you require a custom wedding we will let you know. Your investment will obviously be different and we'll let you know how this will work.

Initial Payment

50% payment of your package is necessary to secure your plans and our services.

This payment is to be done via bank wire transfer.

Payment of Balance

The remaining balance is to be paid 30 days prior to your wedding day.

Final Invoice

A Final Invoice may be presented to you shortly following your event to cover additional charges. This invoice is to be settled immediately by cash or credit card.

The final invoice will cover items like additional consumption of beverages and any additions agreed upon during the course of planning your wedding.

Our Costs

We will settle all supplier costs stated in your proposal directly by us on your behalf.

Other Costs

Other costs not paid by us will be covered by you. These will be minor, if at all. We will let you know what these are in advance.

Payment Confirmation

We will confirm any of your payments within 7 working days after being received in our account. We will give you a formal notification of any payment.

Cancellations, Changes and Late Payments

These often incur additional fees and lost deposits with our suppliers.

If you wish to change, cancel details or you are late with your payments there will be additional fees.

There are no refunds 3 months prior to your wedding date.

Payment Methods

First payment to be settled via international Bank Transfer. This method is fast and reliable, easy to track, and can be done via on-line banking. Speak to your bank if you need help.

Bank transfer fees are to be handled by you.

We will accept payment of the Final Invoice with cash or Visa or MasterCard credit cards.

Credit card payments attract a processing fee of 4% that will be added to your final account.
